Mirrors are a funny thing
We can see ourselves and everything
Who takes the time to face the fact
Another might be staring back
This and that. This and that
Who is the other looking back
If thoughts evolve from within
Do reflections exist without sin
We see ourselves in our dreams
That one knows so many things
Does the reflection in the mirror
Only exist while we are there
Vampires cannot see themselves
And can only wonder about the elves
Who is the person in the mirror
Does it know when we are here
